This week, representatives of the Québec Government Office in Los Angeles, including the delegate Elizabeth Mackay, led an economic mission to the state of Arizona.
Productive meetings were held with the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, the Arizona Commerce Authority and representatives of the office of Governor Doug Ducey.
Québec and Arizona share a multidimensional bilateral economic relationship. Several Québec companies operate within the state and contribute to job creation where key industries such as aerospace, military and technology play a major role, for example, Alimentation Couche-Tard, Bombardier and Leclerc Foods.
Such strong ties call for efforts to reinforce Québec’s reputation as a leading partner in trade and foreign commerce development.
