The Québec Delegation in Los Angeles will participate in the Conference "Navigating the American Carbon World (NACW)," the largest discussion forum on the carbon markets in North America. NACW will be held in San Francisco from April 16 to 18.

The Forum will take an in-depth look at the various programs in the United States and around the world to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

The Québec Representative in the Western States, Alain Houde, will be one of the speakers at the plenary session of the main conference.

He will make a presentation about the carbon market in Québec and the latest developments regarding the link between California and Quebec markets under the Western Climate Initiative.
