The Quebec Scholar Hexoskin had the opportunity to present its smart clothing technology in front of a distinguished and large audience during the Innovation Showcase session.
Mr. Mario Bouchard, Quebec’s Assistant Deputy Minister for Strategic Industries and Major Economic Projects also made the trip to Minneapolis to meet with the Quebec delegation. His visit also included meetings with some American medical device manufacturers with operations in Quebec including Medtronic and 3M.
Finally, the conference was a great opportunity for the participants to gain some insight on the trends and challenges of the medical device industry. The next Advamed conference will take place in San Jose, California from September 25th to 27th, 2017. Several Quebec participants have already saved the date!
