As part of the Québec National Day celebrations, the state of Connecticut has organized activities to celebrate its Franco-American heritage.
First, there will be a Québec flag raising on Friday, June 22 at 8:30 A.M. at the Connecticut State Capitol located on Capitol Avenue in Hartford. This ceremony is held on the occasion of French Canadian-American Day, which is recognized by law in Connecticut since 2013.
Later in the day, there will be a dinner and a dance party held at Maneeley's Banquet Facility at 65 Rye St., South Windsor, CT. The festivities will begin at 6:00 P.M.
