On November 21st, Massachusetts Governor, Deval Patrick, spoke on bilateral trade between Massachusetts and Canada at a seminar organized by Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM).
The speech titled "Doing Business in Canada" served as Governor Patrick's assessment of the trade mission he led to Canada in October 2013. During the Québec leg of the mission, Governor Patrick gave a presentation at the Montreal Council on Foreign Relations (CORIM) on the importance of the partnership between Massachusetts and Québec in addition to meeting with a number of Québec companies.
Following the Governor's speech a panel of local compagnies (Ocean Spray, Lojack, Foley Hoag and Diamond Machining Technology) discussed the 10 tips for doing business in Canada.
The staff of the Québec Government Office in Boston even got the opportunity to discuss with the Governor in French!
